Latest Syrian Chemical Attack Follows History of False Flag Provocations

Bypassing all claims of ‘conspiracy theory’, it was actually Yahoo News that published an eerily psychic  piece that warned of moves by the Obama administration to launch a chemical attack in Syria and blame it on Assad’s regime.
syra-chemical-attack-false-flag
Laying out what is now history in clear text, the mainstream Yahoo report sourcing ANI reads (I have archived a screenshot of the page in case it is removed):
“The Obama administration gave green signal to a chemical weapons attack plan in Syria that could be blamed on President Bashar al Assad’s regime and in turn, spur international military action in the devastated country, leaked documents have shown. As per the scheme ‘Qatar would fund rebel forces in Syria to usechemical weapons,’ the Daily Mail reports.”
But maybe AIN and Yahoo News are conspiracy news organizations? After all, the very notion of a false flag is now considered treason in the mind of Obama drones. It is not politically correct to talk about how the Syrian rebels, who may have carried this out under Obama, are barbaric minions of Hell who revel in beheading all Christian families.

PREDICTED MONTHS BEFORE

There has much been talk of the recent chemical attack in Syria, yet there appears to be virtually no mention of this piece in the mainstream news. Instead, we look to the alternative news, which actually lit the proverbial pilot light behind this bombshell to begin with. Powerhouse journalists like Paul Joseph Watson have been covering the reality of a staged chemical attack for months, shouting from the rooftops that Assad will be blamed in order to begin a hot conflict.
Yet it seems the media is now blatantly corrupt and irrelevant enough to ignore this, and instead call for immediate actions against Assad. But what can they say when Yahoo, now the #1 largest website in the entire nation and the epitome of mainstream news, goes on record and warns about it being a false flag? Better yet, the piece even references Infowars in the text. But you ask, why would they do that? Why would they reference an alternative news site like that?
The simple answer is that the mainstream news is out of real content. They can only push sensational lies over the Trayvon Martin case and other shootings for so long before they literally have zero audience, and we already know their trust rankings are virtually dead. That’s why we see many mega media outlets actually starting to act as if they are on a crusade against the banksters and want justice. Think of it as a basic fight for survival on their end. They know that unless they somehow make themselves relevant, they will burn out very quickly in the face of alternative news.
Here is a video report on the Obama-funded Syrian rebels who likely carried out these attacks:

Government Wants to Ban Certain Tattoos and Piercings, Bill Passes in Senate

August 20, 2013

Every day the government is making new attempts to take control of various areas of our lives, from our financial lives to our personal choices.  In one recent case, the US Senate just passed a bill that would ban certain types of body art and piercings.
The Senate passed a bill on Tuesday that would ban non-traditional body art and skin implants.  The bill’s sponsor, Senator Missy Irvin of Mountain View, wants to limit body art procedures, particularly scarification and dermal implants.  By a 26-4 vote, the Senate moved to outlaw scarification, a procedure involving the scarring of the skin using heat to form a tattoo without ink, and implants that place ornaments under the skin.  The bill now goes to the House.
It is very alarming that something like this is even being considered and taken seriously, and even more alarming that it passed by a landslide vote.  Regardless of health recommendations and popular opinion, an individual has the right to do whatever they wish with their body so long as they aren’t hurting anyone else.
Propaganda would lead many to believe that the American government, or any government encourages free speech and freedom of expression.  However, if individuals aren’t allowed to live free and pursue their own path in happiness than this is obviously not the case.
Since this news was released the bill has been stalled for some reason, but is still active and still awaiting another unscheduled vote.  Even if this bill were to be killed, there is still a heavy push to regulate this industry, which is already over regulated as it is.
Please comment below or email us if you have any more information on the progression of this legislation.

Judge Rules Spying, Photographing Neighbors Is Protected ‘Art '

It is okay to spy on your neighbors and take pictures of their children in their homes without permission, as long as you do it in the name of “art.” That’s the ruling of Manhattan Judge Eileen Rakower in a case involving self-proclaimed “artist” Arne Svenson.
spying-neighbors-protected-art

Svenson photographed his neighbors and their children through the windows of their homes. Then he put many of the pictures in a public exhibit he called “The Neighbors”. Svenson never bothered to get permission for the pictures. Instead, he sold the pictures for up to $10,000 each.
In her ruling, Rakower claimed that Svenson’s photographs are art that are protected by the First Amendment. Note to Judge Rakower: the First Amendment doesn’t mention the word “art”. Violation of privacy is not freedom of speech. Two families sued the artist because he had snapped pictures of their children in their homes without their permission. Earlier this month, Rakower threw out the lawsuit and defended her action by claiming that Svenson’s work was “art.”
Svenson used a camera with a high powered lens to take the pictures. His subjects lived in glass-walled apartments, yet they had an expectation of privacy in their homes.
This is an outrageous ruling because it allows anybody, including pedophiles, to photograph children in their homes and claim it is art. Worse, it leaves the door open for other outrageous activities, including blackmail.
Americans no longer enjoy the right of privacy in their own homes. Anybody with a camera and a powerful lens can take pictures of them through their windows and sell the pictures as art.

HIGH TECH WAR ON PRIVACY

I wonder how long it will be before somebody tries to use this precedent to defend taking pictures of naked women or children in their homes? Once again, privacy is being sacrificed for so-called art in America.
Where will this end? A reality TV show that broadcasts footage of families in their own homes without their permission? This ruling is particularly scary in an age of drones and high tech cameras that can see through walls. What happens when self-proclaimed artists like Svenson get their hands on that technology?
Hopefully this ruling will be appealed; Svenson’s activities are not protected by the First Amendment. In fact, they could be a violation of the Fourth Amendment and laws against trespassing and wiretapping.
One has to wonder how Judge Rakower would have ruled if Mr. Svenson had been outside her home with his camera. Being a Peeping Tom is now a legally acceptable behavior if you sell the pictures.

EXCLUSIVE: NSA USING COPYRIGHT CLAIMS TO CRUSH FREE SPEECH?

NSA Using Copyright Claims To Crush Free Speech?

Can a government agency block criticism by claiming copyright infringement? Sounds a bit ridiculous but it is happening.  The NSA is effectively stopping one small business owner from criticism, claiming that by using its name he has infringed on their copyright.
Can they do that?
This is a Reality Check you won’t see anywhere else.
This is a story I had a hard time believing until I looked into it for myself.  Here is the backstory.
Dan McCall is the owner of a company that makes snarky t-shirts.  The company is called Liberty Maniacs. Liberty Maniacs carry a number of t-shirts dealing with lack of privacy and the growing police state.  They sell on a site called www.Zazzle.com
None of it has been a problem—until Liberty Maniacs released a shirt called “The NSA.”
The image looks like the NSA logo but has a motto that is clearly a pun—“Peeping while you are sleeping”—followed by the phrase “The NSA, the only part of government that actually listens.”
Shortly after the shirt went online, www.Zazzle.com pulled the shirt from its website, sending this message: “Thank you for publishing products on Zazzle.
Unfortunately, it appears that your product, The NSA, contains content that is in conflict with one or more of our acceptable content guidelines. We will be removing this product from the Zazzle Marketplace shortly.
“Policy Notes: Design contains an image or text that may infringe on intellectual property rights. We have been contacted by the intellectual property right holder and we will be removing your product from Zazzle’s Marketplace due to infringement claims.”
Dan McCall, the owner of Liberty Maniacs spoke with me via Skype and says there were multiple items dealing with the NSA that were pulled down from Zazzle.
“In terms of shirts, two, and then maybe four or five bumper stickers.  Basically anything remotely relating to the NSA was taken down.  So I’m not sure if that was subsequently a blanket policy that Zazzle themselves put up because they don’t want to deal with the hassle and they didn’t want to spend time interpreting each thing knowing they would run into problems or if they were plugged into NSA legal and they were watching things as they go,” says McCall.

So to be clear, McCall was using the NSA logo, the NSA claimed copyright infringement and Zazzle.com pulled the content down.
In fairness, what McCall was doing does use the official logo of a government agency.  Can anyone just use that logo?  Actually, yes.  According to both the Electronic Freedom Foundation and the American Bar Association, “parody is recognized as a type of fair use, like other commentary and criticism, and courts recognize that a parody must often take recognizable elements from the work it comments upon.
Courts do distinguish parody from satire. Parody copies from the object it mocks…”
You can’t claim copyright infringement if your logo or image is used as part of a parody.  So the next question, is this logo a parody?

According to the U.S. Supreme Court, a parody “is the use of some elements of a prior author’s composition to create a new one that, at least in part, comments on that author’s works. Like other forms of comment or criticism, parody can provide social benefit, by shedding light on an earlier work, and, in the process, creating a new one.”
“According to the [U.S. Supreme] Court, a parody is the ‘use of some elements of a prior author’s composition to create a new one that, at least in part, comments on that author’s works.’ Id. at 580. Like other forms of comment or criticism, parody can provide social benefit, ‘by shedding light on an earlier work, and, in the process, creating a new one.’ Id.” –Juli Wilson Marshall, Nicholas J. Siciliano, Latham & Watkins LLP
McCall says, “I tried to visually take the most obvious direction at pointing at them that I could. It was their logo.  I just tried to adulterate it a little bit and put a few jabs in there and that will be it. So it wasn’t a huge design coup and it did the job basically.”
Now, what might be the most interesting twist in this entire story is that while the NSA is claiming copyright infringement against McCall for his parody, the NSA itself is facing accusations of true copyright infringement.
Take a look at this image.  This is the official NSA logo for the Prism program. Prism is, of course, the program that deals with NSA spying via email and phone records.
According to reports from England, the Prism image used here is being used without permission.
Adam Hart Davis is a well-known BBC presenter and the image belongs to him.  Here is the Davis pic.  As you can see, the NSA image is just Davis’ picture flipped upside down.  Adam’s son, Damon, who wrote about this in the Register Newspaper, claims that the image is free for use, but a donation is requested and, at minimum, use of the image requires a link to his photo gallery and acknowledgement, none of which he has received from the NSA.
What you need to know is that because the work put out by Liberty Maniacs is clearly a parody, it is not copyright infringement.  That is the easiest part of this story.
But the bigger issue here is the issue of free speech. It is a first amendment issue. McCall sees it that way as well.
“First amendment issues affect everybody and it specifically affects everybody who is expressing themselves—any artist, whether on the right or on the left or in the middle or whatever side.  If you are not allowed to express yourself artistically or in many other ways, we have taken a turn for the worse,” says McCall.
Bottom line, there is no gray area here.  But the NSA is a very powerful government agency. They don’t need a gray area or even to be right to get companies like Zazzle.com to cooperate.
This is why Internet piracy bills like SOPA and PIPA and CISPA are so dangerous.  If those bills become law, all the feds have to do is claim copyright infringement to shut down an entire site.  They don’t have to be right.
Dan McCall’s story is just a taste of what happens when government agencies decide they will enforce laws but not be subject to them.
And that is Reality Check.

Al Jazeera Caught Airing Fake Death of Muslim Brotherhood Protestor

Screen Shot 2013-08-20 at 3.43.37 PM

The Al Jazeera news channel has been caught airing what appears to be the fake death of a Muslim Brotherhood-backed protestor in Egypt, according to reports.
As violence between Muslim Brotherhood protestors and Egyptian security forces rages in the Middle Eastern country, Al Jazeera has run a flurry of coverage that critics say is sympathetic to the Brotherhood.
A supposedly dead protestor was filmed and broadcast earlier this week on Al Jazeera.

As a distraught woman yells in Arabic, the man in question can be seen clutching what is described as a gunshot wound. However, when the man’s hand is moved it becomes apparent that he has not been injured despite a pool of blood.
The fake death was first flagged by FSA Crimes, an advocacy website that tracks alleged war crimes committed by rebel fighters battling Syrian President Bashar al Assad.
“Covered in blood, his hand rests on what would seem to be the source of that blood, a gunshot wound,” FSA write of the apparently staged death.
“‘Doctors’ surrounding him as he lays there, eyes shut and face frozen,” FSA writes. “One of the ‘doctors’ then decide to lift the mans shirt up and to the viewers big surprise, there is no wound underneath the shirt!”
“The supposed dead man, wanting to obstruct the view of his non-wound for the camera, then effortlessly re-positions his legs in way of the camera,” according to FSA Crimes.
Al Jazeera quickly cuts to a different angle once the man moves.
FSA Crimes says that the video is proof that the Qatari-owned and funded station is biased in favor the Muslim Brotherhood, which is protesting the ouster of former Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi.
“The strong bias of Al Jazeera in Egypt was always to be expected,” FSA writes. “Their support for the Muslim Brotherhood was a given and there was never any doubt that the new interim government had their suspicions about the news agency.”
The Muslim Brotherhood has been known to inflate the numbers of those wounded in protests and has been caught faking violence in the past.
Al Jazeera’s American station began broadcasting on U.S. television today. Though the news organization claims that it will be neutral, critics worry that it will adopt that same biases as its Arabic sister station.

Constitution-Free Border Zones

As new revelations of NSA abuses continue to emerge on a daily basis, even the most politically oblivious Americans are now aware that the 4th Amendment has for all intents and purposes been consigned to the dustbin of history. This will be no surprise at all, however, for those who have been following the escalating chain of abuses that have been taking place in America's border areas for decades now.

Although these violations are becoming increasingly violent and increasingly flagrant, they are sadly only the latest examples of a phenomenon that has been occurring for upwards of half a century...

Find out more about the "constitution-free border zones" in this week's Eyeopener report from BoilingFrogsPost.com.
