White Man Shoots And Kills Black Student In Florida After Argument Over Loud Music

Less than nine months after Trayvon Martin was shot and killed in central Florida, another black teenage student was killed under suspicious circumstances.
Michael David Dunn, a 45-year-old vice president of Dunn & Dunn Data Systems in Vero Beach, was in Jacksonville this past weekend for his son’s wedding. The Orlando Sentinel details what happened on Friday when Dunn, a gun collector, encountered Jordan Russell Davis, a student at nearby magnet school Samuel W. Wolfson High:
Jordan Russell Davis, 17, and several other teenagers were sitting in a sport utility vehicle in the parking lot when Dunn pulled up next to them in a car and asked them to turn down their music, [Jacksonville sheriff's Lt. Rob] Schoonover said.
Jordan and Dunn exchanged words, and Dunn pulled a gun and shot eight or nine times, striking Jordan twice, Schoonover said. Jordan was sitting in the back seat. No one else was hurt.Dunn’s attorney Monday said her client acted responsibly and in self-defense. She did not elaborate.
Schoonover also said that “there were words exchanged” between the two, and Dunn claims to have felt “threatened” before opening fire.
According to his father Ron Davis, the teenager died in the arms of his friend in the car. Ron said his son was unarmed.
Dunn was arrested at his home on Saturday and charged with murder and attempted murder. He is being held without bail.
Davis’s funeral will take place on Saturday, Dec. 1 and his parents plan to create a foundation “for at risk students that suffer from tragedies, in his memory.”
Since Dunn is claiming self-defense, Florida’s “Stand Your Ground” law, which earned infamy after Trayvon Martin’s killing, could be at issue in this case. After Martin’s death, Florida Gov. Rick Scott (R) appointed a task force to review the law that authorizes the unfettered use of deadly force in self-defense, but the panel didn’t recommend any significant changes.

Meet Matthew Fogg, a former U.S. Marshal whose exploits led him to be nicknamed “Batman.” When he noticed that all of his team’s drug raids were in black areas, he suggested doing the same in the suburbs.
“If we were locking up everybody, white and black, for doing the same drugs they would’ve done the same thing with prohibition, they would’ve outlawed it,” Fogg says in the video produced by Brave New Films. “If it were an equal enforcement opportunity we wouldn’t be sitting here anyway.”

The Truth About Lincoln & Slavery!!


Since Hollywood  has decided to produce not (1) but (2) Abraham Lincoln Films in 2012 ...It's only right we should get the facts straight before your minds are augmented pass the Point of No Return.


As you look at the landscape of the 2012 "American Election Map" of Red states & Blue States you will see that it eerily reflects the Electoral Map during the "Lincoln Era" from 1861-1865. You will hear many political pundits say these states have traditionally gone Republican....blah blah blah....But no one ever tells you "why???". One of my favorite characters from the movies in the last 10 years is "The Merovingian" from the Matrix Reloaded (2003). He tells Morpheus,Trinity & Neo " You are here because someone told you to come ....It's obvious your good @ following directions...but without "WHY" you are lost & powerless." 

Everybody Learns Lincoln "Freed The Slaves" (Emancipation Proclamation) 13th Amendment blah blah blah. Lincoln Freed the Slaves from "A Kind of Slavery" (Physical Chains) it Abolished Involuntary Servitude as a Legal Institution in 1865. But there were (2) 13th Amendments one in February on 1861 which was Passed by both "The House & Senate " That Guaranteed  Blacks would be  Property of Whites in perpetuity( FOREVER). But Before it could be made Law The Civil War Broke Out & the Final Draft which was made Law & went into effect after the South Seceded / Were not  present for debate. SO "THE REASON" YOU SEE CONFEDERATE FLAGS ALL THROUGHOUT THE SOUTH & THOSE STATES PERPETUALLY RED COME ELECTION TIME........ IS BECAUSE THE SOUTH HAS NEVER AGREED TO BLACKS BEING FREED.  

 It was only the Skill of Lincoln being a "Constitutional Lawyer" that allowed him to maneuver this New Version  of The 13th Amendment through the Senate. It never made Black People Citizens or Equal Under The Law .....It is worded in a way that allows you FREEDOM FROM INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE AS LONG AS YOU DON'T COMMIT A CRIME....IF YOUR CONVICTED OF A CRIME YOU COULD BE PUT BACK INTO INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE LEGALLY  & STRIPED OF YOUR SO CALLED FREEDOM .....HENCE (THE PRISON INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX!!!) (CRACK ,GUNS, ETC.....)

Residents In More Than A Dozen States Petition White House To Secede From United States


Residents in more than a dozen states across the country have filed secession petitionsto the Obama administration's "We the People" program, which is featured on the White House website.
petition filed by Jesse W. (no last name provided) on behalf of Arkansas reads:
As the founding fathers of the United States of America made clear in the Declaration of Independence in 1776:
"When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation."
"...Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and institute new Government..."
Micah H. (no last name provided) of Arlington, Texas filed a petition that says:
The US continues to suffer economic difficulties stemming from the federal government's neglect to reform domestic and foreign spending. The citizens of the US suffer from blatant abuses of their rights such as the NDAA, the TSA, etc. Given that the state of Texas maintains a balanced budget and is the 15th largest economy in the world, it is practically feasible for Texas to withdraw from the union, and to do so would protect it's citizens' standard of living and re-secure their rights and liberties in accordance with the original ideas and beliefs of our founding fathers which are no longer being reflected by the federal government.
The efforts come in the wake of Barack Obama securing a second term in the White House over Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney. From New York to South Carolina, the states where residents have filed secession petitions spans a wide range.
Texas GOP official Peter Morrison, treasurer of the Hardin County Republican party,argued for an "amicable divorce" from the United States last week.
"Why should Vermont and Texas live under the same government?" he wrote in an op-ed in a Tea Party newsletter, according to the Fort-Worth Star Telegram. "Let each go her own way."
Despite the rhetoric and number of secession petitions, it's unlikely states will be withdrawing from the United States. Robert Wilonsky at The Dallas Morning News points out that secession is not an option for the Lone Star State.
The White House website explains of the review process for petitions that get 25,000 signatures in a 30 day period: "If a petition meets the signature threshold, it will be reviewed by the Administration and we will issue a response."
