Montgomery County District Attorney Daryl Bailey says there is "probable cause" to arrest 23-year-old Montgomery police officer A.C. Smith on a murder warrant for the Feb. 25 shooting death of Gregory Gunn.
Smith is in the custody of the State Bureau of Investigations. He's being held on a $150,000 bond.
