Earlier this morning, a 55-year-old water main irrupted outside the famed Katz’s Delicatessen located on E. Houston and Ludlow St., creating a massive flood and sinkhole to form around the area.
Kat’z Delicatessen is where the famous coffee shop scene was filmed in “When Harry Met Sally.”
