A summons was filed against Former United States president, William Jefferson CLINTON and former Haiti Prime Minister Jean Max BELLERIVE, co-chairs of the Interim Haiti Recovery Commission (IHRC) on Monday, October 13th, 2014.
Since April 10th, 2014, former United States President William Jefferson Clinton of the William J. Clinton Foundation, located at 55 West 125th Street, New York, NY 10027, USA, has been the subject of a legal proceeding before Haiti courts demanding that he account for the whereabouts of funds collected and spent during the 18 months of his management of the IHRC.
Lawyers Newton St Louis Juste and Andre Michel give the two former IHRC co-chairs 30-days to issue a full report with respect to their management of these funds.
After this time, further legal actions shall be undertaken in Haiti and in all countries where donations where collected from citizens, in the name of the Haitian people with the aim of aiding the Haitian people, after the devastating earthquake of January 12, 2010.

The Act of 15 April 2010 amending the Act of 9 September 2008 on the State of Emergency provides for the use of the Superior Court of Auditors and Administrative Disputes regarding acts of the IHRC.
That this law is the Co-Chairs of the Interim Commission for the Reconstruction of Haiti (IHRC) Officials of Haitians managers Public Funds;
